The Challenge
OPEN FOR LUNCH is the mouthwatering, jaw dropping, and FOMO inducing lunch experiences in Sydney’s CBD and Parramatta. The event included four individual event precincts, spanning George Street from Park to Hunter Street, will see Sydney’s diverse dining scene come to life in a manner never before seen and one giant restaurant hosted by Matt Moran in Parramatta at the CommBank Stadium. The goal was to increase awareness and drive ticket sales across Sydney and NSW in two weeks.
What we implemented

RQmedia joined forces with The Society Group to plan the complete media campaign for the event, kicking off the year’s summer series of events. For the campaign Sydney’s Transport emblazoned externally and internally. 130 panels we booked across the Sydney Light rail to target as many office workers as possible and the T1 North shore and Western lines. For regional commuters liveried the Oscar and Hunter trains targeting the Central coast, Newcastle and South Coast train lines.

A full throttle campaign to drive awareness and ticket sales across Sydney and regional NSW in two weeks across:

  • RADIO 4 X radio stations
  • SYDNEY TRANSPORT Light Rail, Regional trains
  • PRESS National – Weekend and Dailies
  • OUT OF HOME Office Tower blocks
  • DIGITAL Search, Social: FB, Insta, Tik Tok, YouTube, Google Display
